The TXST No-Code Initiative empowers the university community to develop business solutions for individuals and teams without having to learn how to code. In today’s technology landscape, no-code and low-code development platforms are growing in popularity among organizations of all sizes due to their ease of use. Individuals with little or no coding experience can use these tools to build custom applications to fit their unique business needs.
The Technology Innovation Office (TIO) has adopted a two-prong approach to no-code. We provide regular events and programming for faculty and staff to build no-code development skills. We also partner with the university community to bring no-code development-focused programming to students. The goal of the student-focused programs is to empower students with in-demand digital skills in their chosen fields of work.
We take a holistic approach in developing programming that empowers the university community to take an active role in discovering business process solutions and allow students to graduate with no-code skills directly connected to the workplace.
